Product Service
Product Service provides the ability to view and manage equipment and service parts inventory. Full access to all warehouses, including technician vehicle warehouses, provides clear visibility to spare parts and equipment inventory and improves your ability to meet targeted service response times or project completion times.

Product Service also provides access to important manufacturer/vendor information that is used in the day-to-day operations of sourcing equipment and service parts inventory.
Product Service allows the user to build a “List” of service parts or equipment that can be linked to a scheduled call, purchase order, stock transfer or sales order. This ensures that inventory items ordered to complete a service ticket or a new installation are received and delivered to the job site as planned.
