Portals increase customer satisfaction and streamline your operating costs. The self-service concept of SERVTRAC reduces the workload of the call center staff and sales force, thus increasing productivity and time management.
Customer Portal
Customer Portal provides e-commerce capability to your customers, offering them an alternative way to purchase your products, and services. Customers may perform any of the following using the web portal:
View their equipment records and submit a request for service
Request quotation for contract service
Track call activity “on–line” through call completion
Receive invoices via e-mail
View inventory availability and pricing
Request a quotation or submit an order
View order history and management reports
Technician Portal
Technician Portal provides technical the ability to update his service work from the field via a web portal:
Provides the technician with work order information such as priority, scheduled time, problem codes equipment information, warranty status, contract status, and driving directions
Allows the technician to acknowledge and accept or reject assigned work orders
Allows technician to generate new work orders as well as generate electronic customer invoices
Salesman Portal
Your salesman can enter quotes and parts orders from the field via the web portals. This portal provides the salesman or technician the ability to:
Enter a quote of equipment and parts for a customer
Print quotes and reprint quotes
Submit the quote as a purchase order, which can be linked to a service call, which will create the work order, then invoice the customer
Vendor/Partner Portal
When you use a third party service provider to perform warranty or other specialized service, the vendor can update the service ticket by using the web-based portal.
Vendors can log time on and time off on shop orders or field service
Vendors can update parts used and complete the work order
